There's 2 ways to go about this. One is going to make Izzy very happy with me, the other I can actually get done in a few weeks time without having to force myself to learn anything.

1. Learn Cloudflare Workers, buy the Bundled Workers KV, buy the Auth0 KV, figure out how to set up an SQLite Database for all of this and then build out the API and Git Papers Repository on top of all this new knowledge. Some Rust + WASM required, I'll bet.
2. Continue writing a one-off Rust/Rocket/libgit2 webserver with my own ham-fisted security and passwording and everything else. I know I can do this part and it'll be simple but it won't be an ULTRA TURBO DISTRIBUTED GLOBALLY AVAILABLE powerhouse, nor will it be REMOTELY good at security because honestly, what do I know?

Honestly choice [1] is probably the play here.
