Have you created a new Panasonic account and selected SMS as T2A?
Also try logging in with the new account in the app first, but swich back to your normal account in the app before continuing with the setup in HA. Running the same account in the app and HA will cause strange behaviours.

I create new account with différent @, i use my (only) phone number on this new account in mfa pannel i chose thoses checks

Then a go back to my old app to accept to share heat pump
Then i try to connect with on m'y New account on m'y HA
Same issue

I can't really choose the MFA but just the login méthode i dont know if it's a local privacy setup or if you have thé same...

I have the exact same issue, I have created 2 accounts and both work in the APP, logged out of APP from both accounts.
I'm running Home assistant version: 2025.10.2 and latest version of this 2025.5.0 installed from HACS.
I have the same problem on both accounts, the logged lines are exact the same as MichelMichelMichelMichel.
I had to remove the integration first, since my installer thought it interfered with the operation of the heat pump when he troubleshooted it. And after I added the integration back neither of the accounts, not even the first one I used before remove the integration which worked. I have the same mobile number as 2FA for both accounts.
Not sure if this is of any help.

Got it working, need to modify file config_flow.py in directory custom_components/panasonic_cc in your home assistant installation
This is for 2025.5.0 version
Line 49 should be changed from:

Sorry it didn't help you, it worked for me after I did that modification. I used my second account with SMS as 2FA, my first account I use for the app.
