Every time a PR is created, these tasks should be triggered:

  • a build including unit tests should be started
  • report of success or error build and tests

NOTE: maybe this is possible in GitHub (using GitHub Actions) instead of doing this in Google Cloud.

Look at some other open source projects on GitHub: in their READMEs they have integrated: latests version, failed/success tests
