Add flash message when LiveView crashes #912
Description
So when LiveView crashes because of callback that does not belong to currently inspected LiveView/LiveComponent user may be pretty clueless what went wrong. The idea here is to add a flash message that will explain why LiveView crashed, and link to node that caused a crash
Currently, when LiveView crashes because of LiveComponent that is not inspected it's hard to say at the first glance what went wrong (you can ofc go to global callback traces and errored callback will be on the top)
