[native tabs] support useBottomTabBarHeight

Hiya!
I'm currently using the callstack native bottom tabs, but am eyeing moving over as progress continues over here and running v8 on a small personal project successfully!

One thing I'd like to see is https://oss.callstack.com/react-native-bottom-tabs/docs/guides/usage-with-react-navigation#usebottomtabbarheight if that's possible/on the roadmap for native bottom tabs?
