Performance issue on 15.15.0

Description

I have performance issue on the 15.15.0 version. I had to revert to 15.12.0 to get rid of the issue.

ios and android. emulator and real device

Steps to reproduce

svg elements in flat lists/ scroll lists makes the lists load much longer
