Barcharts for Q12 and Q14 charts using percentage growth (by which I mean the number of new posts against the current size of the group) on the x-axis

How many people are currently in your group in total?
How many new RSEs positions have been added to your group in the last two years?

I was looking for two additional charts

• a replot of Q12 (how many people have left in last two years) that should be plotted as a percentage against the current groups size (Q9, as you pointed out). This way, we can see which groups are having the highest losses proportionally.
• And a replot Q14 (how many new RSEs positions have been created in the last two years) against the current group size (i.e. Q9) so that we can also see the biggest proportional gains
