I personally find that solid:community makes more sense in the Profile. It is more like foaf:knows - it establishes a relationship between two entities rather than saying anything about a data type. If I want to belong to a secret society, I would put the solid:community predicate for that community in the preferencesFile.
I strongly hope we do not remove this from the specs (it should be in profile or indexes). I am already experimenting with it and it is quite powerful.
As of now, we do not have an implementation of solid:community really. This is a mear proposal which maybe we should experiment with first before making it into a spec (wherever we put it).
I do agree there should be a mention/keep track of it somehwere.

I think this section can be removed or perhaps reuse some of its text in the Introduction.
