Allow configuring verify_peer via environment variable in SMTP config

Hi team,

when using Solidtime with Laravel's SMTP mail configuration, there's currently no built-in way to control SSL peer verification (i.e., set 'verify_peer' => false) via environment variables.

This can be problematic in certain environments (e.g., staging, local dev, internal mail servers with self-signed servers with self-signed certs), where strict SSL verification leads to errors), where strict SSL verification leads to errors.

Feature Request

Please allow configuring the verify_peer (and optionally auth_mode) options using an environment variable, something like:

MAIL_VERIFY_PEER=false

Which would translate in config/mail.php to:

Current Workaround

The only way to disable verify_peer currently is by manually modifying config/mail.php, which isn't ideal for multi-environment setups or CI/CD workflows.

Why it Matters

This would offer more flexibility and prevent mail transport issues in non-production environments, without compromising security in production (since the default can remain true).
