I followed the Quick Start, installed requirements and everything.
But when i visit the link in a browser, i get a error:
OperationalError: (sqlite3.OperationalError) unable to open database file

Hi Yakuzhy ,
You shuld run create_db.py first.

use command "python create_db.py“ still had "OperationalError: (sqlite3.OperationalError) unable to open database file error"
how to solved it?
my platform is windows10 & python2.7.12.
