The following setup_interfaces fixture related bgp tests failed on v6 topo:
test_bgp_update_timer.py
test_bgp_peer_shutdown.py
test_traffic_shift.py
test_bgp_allow_list.py

Steps to Reproduce

Remove xfail for the tests and run

Actual Behavior and Expected Behavior

These tests should support v6 topos
