Option 67 parameter lookup in dhcp hook

When running isc dhclient, the option 67 parameter received is set in the variable new_filename but the existing code @https://github.com/sonic-net/sonic-ztp/blob/master/src/usr/lib/ztp/dhcp/ztp#L105 is looks for the same at new_bootfile_name
