[kdump|release] Change format of imports

Change the format of the import line for plugins
to parenthesis so it matches what we do in all
other plugins that contain multiline imports.
Also, this change ensures that the script
plugins_overview.py's output is consistent
across all plugins and doesn't contain
errors.

You can install the built RPMs by following these steps:

• sudo yum install -y dnf-plugins-core on RHEL 8
• sudo dnf install -y dnf-plugins-core on Fedora
• dnf copr enable packit/sosreport-sos-4078
• And now you can install the packages.

Please note that the RPMs should be used only in a testing environment.
