Hey, this doesn't looks maintained now.
However u could use the fork of this that's working and it uses float api extension so that u don't need to self host it anymore (but if u want u can still use docker for that).

Keep in mind it's still super slow due to Steam api limits.

There's no limit, just keep in mind the script is linear n nor asynchronous, It parses one order till (n) page n only then the second.
By default it sends requests every 5-10 seconds due to the nature of steam web itself, even with proxy u will hit rate limit really fast.
