Add different output formats to more spacectl commands

Currently, spacectl only supports different formats (e.g. JSON) in commands that query data.

It would be nice if commands that cause mutations also support different output formats.

spacectl stack deploy --id my-stack -o json
Incorrect Usage: flag provided but not defined: -o

Currently these commands don't return the results in any format that could be easily parsed to build advanced workflows using the CLI
