Can't connect VCS agent to private gitlab

We have this error when we are trying to connect a VSC agent, which is in an EKS cluster deploy by the helm chart, to our private gitlab repos. The problem regards the certificate. We have to use our internal certificate but when I tried to mount a volume and use it in your deployment, it didn't work. We have this issue :
