Add in VolumeMount options for spacelift product helm charts

Currently if a team is using Secret Store CSI Driver they need to create their own pod to mount the SecretProviderClass due to the spacelift controller manager and spacelift promex charts not allowing for mounts.

I think it would be fairly quick and beneficial to add them.
