Feature request: Public AMIs for AWS China

It looks like you publish public images in AWS GovCloud. Would it be possible to do the same thing for the AWS China partition?

Note that I think there are some US resources like the CloudWatch agent downloaded during the build process, which would likely need to be swapped out for the China equivalents.
