The Flux SDK is now using CMake to create custom libraries for use in an Arduino solution, and support mulitple platforms.

This is operational but needs:

Documentation
Examples using CMake
Re-org of leftover Arduno Library files that are no longer needed
Rename the repo - SparkFun_Flux -> flux-sdk
