Support for Schedules Direct

Awesome project and does exactly what I need it to do. EPG data from my provider is very inaccurate however. I tried out Schedules Direct (SD) and their guide data is spot on. Jellyfin has integration with SD but it doesn't work if you add multiple regions. For example, my channel lineup includes UK, CA, and US. If I add those regions into jellyfin with SD, it only uses EPG data from one of the regions. If m3u-editor could pull from SD and allow us to create custom EPGs from SD, that would be amazing.

thanks for the suggestion, I'll take a look! I've not used SD, but definitely come across them a couple times
