Use new AppIcon for Sparkle Test App #2757
Description
The new AppIcon was working before (in #2737) but is no longer working now (#2756) in CI, and it's causing strange compilation errors (perhaps with CompileAssetCatalogVariant) which I cannot reproduce locally.
Maybe I will try again when GitHub actions updates the Xcode build or something. At the least, this isn't a blocking issue.
