update pytorch geometric test

I'm getting some deprecation warnings

```
UserWarning: 'data.ClusterData' is deprecated, use 'loader.ClusterData' instead

UserWarning: 'data.NeighborSampler' is deprecated, use 'loader.NeighborSampler' instead
```

Maybe I just need to update to a newer example code.
