php artisan migrate: rollback doesnt work

this is my migration file:

but running artisan command for rollback, doesn't destroy setting table in my database. i re-ran `php artisan migrate:rollback`and  one of my main application tables was removed and rolled back, but spatie setting table didnt. whats wrong?

it was my fault. my migrations up method and down methods were different...
