Can I use randar locally on my PC?

Can I use randar locally on my PC without replaymod and website? I was able to compile it successfully but it won't run and gives an error in the terminal. Can I still use it locally, if not how can I use replaymod? If anyone is interested I can provide the error. Do I need to use FutureClient?
