Notebooks and examples should import mission-specific routines from pyspedas.projects instead of top-level namespace. tplot routines should be imported from pyspedas rather than pytplot. A few modules have been renamed (cotrans->cotrans_tools, hapi->hapi_tools), and some deep imports can now be replaced with imports from the top level pyspedas namespace.
