Ability to exclude visitors based on experiment

Consider this a feature request

Right now, `exclude_visitor?` isn't aware of the experiment from which it should exclude the visitor. It's possible you'd want to vary whether a visitor is excluded based on other metadata.

I think this could be achieved by passing the experiment to `exclude_visitor?` if it is available (would a PR be welcome for this change?)
