Hi, I'm PotHix 👋.

I'm a Brazilian developer, speaker, and writer. I've been organizing communities, meetups, and conferences since I started my career, and also contributing to open source whenever I can.

Everything started when I founded Guru-SP with two other friends in 2008, and we built a small team of volunteers that were able to organize 60+ meetups until 2022. That's when I started speaking for the local community every time I had a chance.

I'm still a member of Guru-SP, but it's not the only volunteer work I do. I got involved with the Rust community ~5 years ago, and I couldn't help myself and became the core organizer of Rust-SP and Rust LATAM, the biggest Rust conference in Latin America.

This is all volunteer work I do in my spare time. Any support is appreciated.
