I would like to suggest adding the {added-at} variable to be used with the --options command, so that we can download according to the date the song was added to the playlist in question.

I'm not sure what you mean.. --options???

I don't see a usecase to add it to the --output variables https://spotdl.readthedocs.io/en/latest/usage/#output-variables
