Refactor SFTP->JDBC recipe #292
Description
Now that we have the 3.0-based function-based applications, it'd be good refactor and redesign the SFTP->JDBC recipe to be adapted to the new design/architecture patterns.
This recipe was already captured in the recently published blog, which could be used as the baseline.
