Add prominent warning for EOS at top of README

Hey folks, 

It would be nice to have a (very visible) warning at the top of the README, for people that may want to use spring-statemachine and are not aware of EOL + the move to closed source + enterprise-only support. 

Thanks for the great work BTW, its sad to see spring-statemachine go 😿
