Desktop playlist manager app

I'd like a simple GNOME application that lets me easily see and modify playlists.

Features:

• manage remote playlists (in spotify, youtube etc.) as well as local ones

Minimum feature set:

• viewing and editing playlists

Not needed for first version:

• playback
• recommendations when adding songs
