Feature Request: Add MCP to modes config

There are two parts to it - tool permissions and context management.

• Tool Permisions: pretty much the same as the built in tools but with the ones provided from MCPs instead.
• Context Management: There's probably a lot that could be done to provide the minimum amount of information needed at all time. In this case, I wouldn't want to have all of the tool descriptions of all my MCP servers provided in all modes.

Can think of many modes I would like to make (like git/gh, research, security, debug, deploy, etc...) that would use different sets of MCPs, and having each mode only have the tool descriptions for what I need it to do sounds really smooth.
