Following the quickstart https://codegate-docs-git-website-refactor-stacklok.vercel.app/toolhive/quickstart

It all worked and the tool was green (after restarting vscode). I did get two bits of suspect text

Cline wants to use a tool on the undefined

MCP server:

and

Error

Error executing MCP tool: No connection found for server: undefined. Please make sure to use MCP servers available under 'Connected MCP Servers'.

Neither of which seems true

Hmm, I'm not able to reproduce with Cline:

Yours was obviously able to query the tools since it has the tool name and format...is the server and proxy process still running? thv list to check the container status, and a curl http://localhost:<port>/sse#fetch would verify the proxy.
