Improved error handling / messaging #58
Description
Developer tests show that the errors returned by the CLI are not providing any specific error details or guidance to resolve. We should change that.
This could include:
- Checking the data type of input and indicating mismatches
- Checking the number of parameters required for commands and indicating mismatches
