• Clarity WASM deployed as a shadow

  By then, we'll have: 1. A way to ship nodes with Clarity WASM running as a "shadow" (so that the node runs the WASM code but that doesn't affect the chain state); 2. Logs of when the shadow disagrees with the traditional runtime. We can ship this incrementally starting from: 1. Follower nodes; 2. Signer nodes; 3. Miner nodes.
