Create a Grant Onboarding page where users with the role Grantee and Grant Approved? begin the Onboarding process.

  • The page will contain all of the relevant information in the righthand margin associated with the new grant.
  • Button Click here if incorrect will open their email client and prepare an email to [email protected] with the subject Onboarding error with Grant #XXX, so the user can ask to change any incorrect data.
  • The page will prompt to the user the following information:
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Email address
    • STW address and Memo
    • Country of Residence (dropdown)
    • Anticipated Completion Date (calendar view, limited to 6 months from current day)
