Describe the bug

geometry polygons are wound incorrectly (at least for GRD)

To reproduce

input one of the example files to geojsonlint.com. A warning about the polygon being wound incorrectly (not adhering to the right-hand rule) is shown.

Even though geometry is copied from the source, the STAC Item should have a valid GeoJSON geometry.

Expected behavior

Polygon follows the right-hand rule.
