Accessibility Review: Bounties Workspace Page for CSUN Accessibility Bounty Challenge

Objective: Identify and track accessibility issues on the Bounties Workspace Page in logged out state. Create bounties to be shared with developers at 40th Annual CSUN Assistive Technology Conference.

Applicable Guidelines: WCAG 2.2 & WAI-ARIA 1.2 as baseline; WAI ARIA APG Design Patterns APCA & ISO 9241-171 supplemental

📌 Identified Issues:

• Missing accessible Tabs pattern markup (Issue #1234; Bounty#3988)
• StartUpModal does not follow the established design pattern for accessible modals (Issue #1235; Bounty#3989)
• Accessibility issues with "Search" <input> label and contrast, "Filter" and "Developers" buttons in BountyHeader (Issue #1237; Bounty#3990)

🔄 Next Steps:

1. Create individual issues for each item above and link them here.
2. Implement fixes based on acceptance criteria.
3. Review and validate changes.
