[Bug] `Edit Profile` Button and `Modal` Not Visible in Mobile View

Describe the bug

• The Edit Profile button and its corresponding modal are not displayed in the mobile view. This prevents users from editing their profile information on mobile devices.

Expected behavior

• The Edit Profile button should be visible in the mobile view.
• Tapping the button should open the Edit Profile modal.

Acceptance Criteria

• The "Edit Profile" button is visible and functional in mobile view.
• The Edit Profile modal opens correctly when the button is tapped.
• The fix has been tested on Chrome (desktop & mobile).
• I have posted a screenshot or video in my PR
• I have rebased and tested locally before submitting my PR
