New bounty assignment not showing in Assigned bounties section

Describe the bug

I was recently assigned a bounty and I received a notification from the bounty bot. However the notification doesn't have a link to the bounty. I then navigate to my workspace to check for it under the "Assigned bounties" section but can't find bounty described by bounty bot there.

So no way to find bounty information without asking bounty assigner (which I also don't know who to ask since bounty bot doesn't say who assigned) and can't search for it if private bounty.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Get assigned bounty
2. Navigate to Assigned bounties in workspace.
3. New assigned bounty not listed.

Expected behavior
Should be able to see assigned bounty under "Assigned bounties" section.

Acceptance Criteria

• I have tested on Chrome desktop
• I have posted a screenshot or video in my PR
• I have rebased and tested locally before submitting my PR
• I can submit a PR within 2 days of taking the bounty
