Evenly typed record 133773310

133773310 is an even number, which is illegal according to specs. I am using LND so for me it works, but receivers using c-lightning (which follows specs) will not like record 133773310, fyi.

a Sending node MUST NOT send evenly-typed TLV records in the extension without prior negotiation.
