[FEATURE REQUEST] - Enable alternative projections

Describe the solution you'd like
Now that Mapbox version here supports alternative projections, it would be good to expose projection as an option when configuring the map. This would also likely mean exposing the two options to configure those further: center and parallels.

Globe support was indirectly mentioned in #23 , but it looks like the Mapbox version is now >= 2.10.

Just FYI on this. While we wait for this configuration feature, you could set the projection in the style from Mapbox studio and it works fine on the visual.
