Describe the bug
When viewing a dashboard with a map visual on a mobile device, we cannot select map plots to sure tooltips/details/filter-interact.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. View any dashboard on the Power BI mobile app
  2. Zoom in to any point on the map
  3. Try to tap/click.
  4. Nothing happens

Expected behavior
The user should be able to zoom in to an acceptable zoom level and select a map point
