This one's very similar to issue #26 and closely related to issue #32. Essentially it says that original official descriptions should not be corrected for simple errors in spelling, punctuation, etc. but that technical glitches like encoding errors, visible HTML tags, white space and line break issues, etc. can still be fixed. The assumption here is that these errors are introduced by bugs in old scrapes or migrations and do not represent the "original official descriptions" mentioned in "Preferred Scene Descriptions".

Hmmm. Can see why you would want to keep the Scene Title preserved, not so sure on the description, especially when there are blatant issues. This may be my own "Quality Control" issue here.
