Guideline request: Images of performers must fall within their active career time frame

Please add a qualification to the guidelines that any uploaded performer image must fall within their active career time frame.

Currently users can upload performer images that fall outside of the performer's career time frame, leading to inaccurate or misleading representations of the performers likeness. This is currently a problem for retired ("vintage") performers, where uploads can be of recent images that are years or decades past heir active career period, such as a performer who retired at 30, but uploads of them in their 50s or 60s taken from their social media accounts of conventions.
