[Bug Report] Tag autocompletion is weird

Describe the bug
Typing a partial word in the tag autocomplete sometimes works but often does not

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. From drafts go to the create a scene page on stashdb
2. Type "baref" into the tags field

Expected behavior
"Barefoot" tag should show up but does not

It uses filterning, not so much traditional search.

E.g. if you search for Barefoot by typing bare it will find it because it has aliases that have word bare, but not baref because that word is not used in any of the names.

Not sure if this counts as bug or a limitation of existing implementation.
