Ability to add personal note/remark/review for scenes and movies?

Sometimes I'd like to be able to add personal note for certain scenes/movies. Maybe a short note. Maybe a short review. But for personal reference. I feel the "details" box is more for a description or a synopsis. If there's already a plugin out there, please point the way. If there's nothing yet, I'd like to request this feature please.
