Find all scenes that have multiple files and remove the unecessary ones

In my collection, there's a lot of duplicated files, often of different quality (resolution, codec, ...). I've merged all such occurrences into single scenes, so now I have plenty of scenes that have 2 (sometimes 3) files associated with them. I'm looking for a way to remove all unnecessary files, leaving only the highest quality ones. Because of that, I've two questions:

1. Is there a way to find all scenes that have more than one file associated with them?
update: I found it, there's a "file count" filter

2. Is there a way to quickly go through them and remove all files besides the highest quality one? (so that I can avoid manually opening every one of them and manually compare parameters of the files)

This tool not work because it can only batch process similar scenes, not identical ones. Here, there are two identical records for the scene below, but you have to manually click into each one to delete them—there's no way to batch operate.

You get a dialog with a checkbox for whether you want to delete the file on disk
