Using own Stash instance as scraper/StashDB #5817
-
Hi, I'm currently re-encoding many of my files using Unmanic, which works very well. After encoding, I typically rescrape the scenes using StashDB/PornDB/FansDB, which generally completes the process successfully. However, I frequently encounter issues with scenes that aren't available on these databases, primarily amateur content. My question is: Is it possible to use my own local Stash instance as a source for scraping metadata? I tried adding my local Stash instance's GraphQL endpoint as if it were a StashDB instance, but that didn't work, presumably due to compatibility issues. Is there another way to achieve this, or do you have any suggestions on how I might incorporate my local metadata for scenes that aren't listed in the standard databases? Thanks for your help! |

It's possible. Make sure you use v0.28.0 or higher version as there was a bug in earlier version. https://docs.stashapp.cc/in-app-manual/scraping/scraperdevelopment/#stash |
