Tags on the dashboard

How about an element on the main dashboard, maybe even at the very top, that displays a full list of all tags. There would be a few ways to do this, I think just a plain list style would be boring, how about something similar to the image below. Of course like the other objects on the dashboard, this would be an optional element.
